REGISTRATION AND COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
To understand the responsibilities and time commitment, you are encouraged to review the 2022 Committee Descriptions prior to completing your registration. Once you have submitted your registration, it will be sent to the tournament staff for review. Within approximately two weeks of your submission you will receive a confirmation email with your 2022 committee assignment.

Committee Assignment
All volunteers will be required to select one committee choice on their application from the list of open committees. If a committee is not listed, it is full. Please have two committee selections in mind in the event your first choice is not available. All volunteer committees are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Junior Volunteers
Junior Volunteers are welcome to volunteer at the Dominion Energy Charity Classic as a Standard Bearer (ages 13 – 18) or Pro-Am Caddie (ages 15 -18).

REQUIREMENTS AND COMMITMENT
Volunteers interested in a committee with AM/PM shifts are highly encouraged to work a minimum of three shifts. If the committee has full-day shifts, volunteers are highly encouraged to work a minimum of two days. The shift preferences you note will be used by Committee Chairmen for scheduling, so please plan accordingly.

VOLUNTEER PACKAGE
The Dominion Energy Charity Classic asks all volunteers* to purchase an $85 volunteer package (retail value of over $300). Details about the volunteer package can be found here. 

Uniforms
All volunteers* are required to wear the 2022 official volunteer uniform while volunteering. The 2022 volunteer uniforms (golf shirt and outerwear) are Greg Norman brand. We highly suggest you review the size charts before registration (click here).

* Junior volunteers and adult volunteers on the Pro-Am Caddie committee will receive complimentary volunteer packages and have different uniform requirements. Please visit the volunteer website for further detail.

VOLUNTEER HEALTH & SAFETY 

We encourage a culture of safety within the Dominion Energy Charity Classic Volunteer Program. We ask that volunteers review the tournament’s Volunteer Health & Safety protocols and pledge to adhere to these protocols while volunteering.

A monthly Volunteer Newsletter will be sent via email to all registered volunteers with important tournament updates including information on Uniform Distribution, Training, Tournament Week Schedule and more. Please check your inboxes, junk and clutter folders for this email.
